These Terms govern the free Inez waitlist available at inez.co and heyinez.pl. They constitute electronic service terms under Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services.
You can read, save or print these Terms before signing up. We will also email you a copy on request.
2. The service
The service consists of accepting your signup, keeping it on the waitlist and sending an invitation when Inez launches. Signing up and receiving an invitation are free. Your ordinary internet access costs are governed by your agreement with your connectivity provider.
Signup does not create an account in the Inez assistant, order a paid service or start a subscription. No payment card details are required.
The assistant demonstrations on the website illustrate planned features. Signup does not guarantee a launch date, a particular position in a queue, access, or specific features or prices. Access to a future service will require separate arrangements and review of its terms.
3. Requirements and acceptable use
To join, you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser supporting standard web forms, and a working email address.
The list is intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you supply information about a business, you must be authorised to share it.
Use your own email address or one you are authorised to use. Do not register another person without their authorisation. You must not submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, send malicious software or disrupt the website, including through bulk automated submissions.
4. Signup and formation of the agreement
To join the list:
- Enter your email address in the form. You may also provide your name and business type.
- Read these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the information about consent to receive the invitation.
- Check the box accepting the Privacy Policy and Terms, then submit the form using the signup button.
Submitting the form means that you accept these Terms and consent to receive the launch invitation as explained next to the form. The Privacy Policy explains data processing; reading it does not grant additional consent.
The agreement is formed when your signup is successfully saved and the website displays confirmation. An error message means signup has not been confirmed. A message that your address is already on the list does not create another signup or expand your earlier consent.
Consent covers only the invitation relating to the launch of Inez. It does not subscribe you to a regular newsletter or other offers.
5. Leaving and ending the service
You can leave at any time, free of charge, by emailing contact@inez.co, for example “Remove me from the Inez waitlist”. No reason is required. The agreement ends when we receive your notice, and we exclude your address from further invitations without undue delay.
In addition, we grant you a right to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of entering into it. Send an unambiguous notice by email or post before that period ends, for example “I withdraw from the Inez waitlist agreement entered into on [date] for [email address]”. No particular form is required. We will acknowledge receipt by email.
The service also ends after the invitation is sent or the retention period for your active signup stated in the Privacy Policy expires. If the project ends before launch, we will close the list and notify people on it.
We may remove a signup where the address was used without authorisation, it constitutes misuse or it breaches the law. We will explain the reason where possible and where doing so would not undermine abuse prevention. You can challenge removal through the complaints procedure.
Ending the service does not remove rights arising from its earlier use. The Privacy Policy explains deletion and any continued retention of necessary records.
6. Complaints
You can report problems with signup or the waitlist to contact@inez.co or the provider's postal address.
Describe the problem, provide a way to reply and, where needed to locate your signup, the email address used for it. You may tell us your preferred resolution. No particular form is required.
We will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint, by email or another agreed method. If more information is needed, we will request it; this does not limit statutory deadlines or rights.
7. Responsibility and user rights
We exercise due care in operating the form and waitlist. Technical interruptions may occur; we will address reported problems without undue delay.
Our liability is governed by applicable law. These Terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory rights of consumers or sole traders entitled to consumer protection in the relevant circumstances.
Consumers can seek assistance from the competent consumer ombudsman or use available out-of-court dispute resolution procedures. Information is available from UOKiK. Participation is voluntary unless required by law.
8. Personal data and changes
Information about data, consent and your rights is provided in the Privacy Policy linked next to the form and in the footer of each website.
We may publish updated Terms to reflect changes in law, the signup form or the scope of the list. We will identify their effective date. The updated version applies to new signups; changing an existing agreement requires a separate agreement unless the change follows directly from applicable law. An update does not expand consent to receive messages.
These Terms are available in Polish and English. Both versions describe the same rules. Any discrepancies do not restrict your rights under applicable law.
Polish law applies. This choice does not deprive consumers of protection under mandatory rules that would apply without that choice. Court jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.
